LEGOLAND IN DE POLDER

NOTIFICATION: The location on geocaching.com is NOT the location where you can find the cache !!!

WHY THIS CACHE!
In April 2012 a person in the City Council of Haarlemmermeer dropped a proposal to try and get "Legoland" located in the polder. The still to be developed area “Park21” was designated as a very suitable location mostly due to its location in the Randstad and the availability of Schiphol nearby. Creating "Legoland Haarlemmermeer" would be an asset to the polder and its inhabitants, provide employability an give an economic boost to the region.

Many, including us, immediately became enthusiastic. Unfortunately, the decision was not based on any concrete plan and no majority was formed in the City Council to turn these plans into reality.

To get over our disappointment we ourselves started working on a (very) small version of Legoland to build. So go on, answer the questions and come over to have a look!
But be aware: You first have to pass the "Pirate Captain" who is the caretaker of the keys to this cache.

THE MINIFIG EXCHANGE!
This cache does not contain any “goodies”. In the cache you will find the “Minifighouse”. If you want you can exchange one of your own minifigs for one of the minifigs inside this house. You don’t need to, but please do not take any minifigure from the house if you do not leave another one behind!!!
(Needless to mention: It is obviously NOT the intention to swap a minifig for a goodie).

TB HOTEL!
There’s also a box in which TB’s or Coins can be dropped or exchanged.
Please keep in mind that A hotel is not A hotel when there are no guests.

GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE!
For the winners of Gold, Silver and Bronze we have put a little Lego surprise in the cache. Are you the fastest? Please feel free to take one home with you.
